Michelle O'Reilly has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. Michelle began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Everett Charles Technologies in 1992, then moved on to become a Human Resources Representative at Unity House of Troy, Inc. in 1994. In 2000, they joined GlobalSpec as an Account Representative in Market Development. Michelle then moved on to The Wercs, Ltd. in 2005 as Sales Manager in Subscription and Services, followed by The Business Review in 2006 as an Advertising Account Executive. In 2007 they joined the American Cancer Society as Senior Director of Income Development and stayed with them until 2015, when they became an Account Manager in Corporate Relations. In 2017, they joined Transfinder as a Senior Client Project Manager in the Implementation team in the Client Services Department. In this role, they work closely with new and existing clients to ensure the successful installation, configuration, training and implementation of all software packages, providing the highest level of Customer Service. Additionally, they work closely with Sales and Support teams, collaborating on projects and providing the status of open projects.
Michelle O'Reilly has attended Hudson Valley Community College, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Michelle has also completed Leadership Training at the American Cancer Society Talent Development Center of Excellence in Atlanta, GA. Additionally, they have obtained a Customer's First Certification from IHS.
