Saqib Raza

Saqib Raza has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Saqib currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (Metering Division) at Transfopower Industries (Private) Limited since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Plant Head at Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. from November 2021 to June 2023, where they managed a team of over 1000 individuals and oversaw planning, production, and quality control activities. Saqib also served as the Head of Manufacturing at MicroTech Industries (pvt) Ltd. from May 2005 to November 2021, reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of over 300 people. Additionally, they worked at Bureau Veritas Certification as an Operations Manager/Lead Auditor from February 2001 to April 2005, handling business development and certifications. Saqib's earlier work experience includes roles as a Senior Consulting Engineer at Pakistan Institute of Quality Control from November 1997 to January 2001 and as an Assistant Engineer at Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company, where they managed a workforce and handled equipment installation.

Saqib Raza began their education at Aitchison College in 1978 and completed their Senior Cambridge and FSc (Pre-Engineering) degrees in 1990. Saqib then pursued a Bsc. (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore from 1991 to 1996.
