Aaron Prakash

Aaron Prakash has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron started their career in 2004 as a Technology Lead at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where they conducted complex systems and business analysis and led large integration testing projects. In 2009, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Lead Systems Engineer, providing specialized technical knowledge and assisting work teams in developing efficient applications and business solutions. In 2019, Aaron moved to Transformco, where they held the role of Principal Software Engineer, contributing to system and software architecture and defining the vision for software system architecture. Aaron was later promoted to the role of Director Software Engineering, overseeing the transformation of operations, technology, and retail partners and providing technical leadership to development teams.

Aaron Prakash attended the Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
