Shweta Van Beveren is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate and business law. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Transformco since July 2020, Shweta previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at ARCO/Murray and In-House Counsel at IRC Retail Centers. Early in the career, Shweta practiced as an attorney at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C., and served in various roles, including Principal at The Pahouja Law Group, P.C., where the focus was on corporate and commercial law. Shweta began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at Pedersen & Houpt and as an Attorney at Santoro Driggs Walch et al. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.
