Jennifer Dawson is an accomplished Senior Content Designer with extensive experience in web content management and user experience design across various sectors, including healthcare and local government. Currently at Transform since October 2022, Jennifer previously contributed to the UK Health Security Agency, playing a key role in managing COVID-19 testing and self-isolation guidance. Prior roles include leading content and UX initiatives at Bedford Borough Council, project management for website launches at Agilisys, and content specialist positions at Barnet Council and City of London Corporation.
