Matthew Mackenzie is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at TransForm Shared Service Organization since May 2019, Matthew previously held roles at Compugen Inc as a Security Administrator and Helpdesk Analyst, and at Nova Chemicals in IT Client Services. Responsibilities have included first contact support, remote troubleshooting, application installation, unlocking accounts, managing access permissions, and providing end-user education. Earlier in the career, Matthew worked as a Customer Service Representative for Transcomm North America, supporting Comcast cable and internet services. Matthew holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Lambton College.
