Silas N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Silas currently works as the Director of Digital Health Strategy at TransForm Shared Service Organization. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Digital Health at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where they led a team focused on improving the healthcare provider experience through various digital health initiatives. Silas'sresponsibilities included overseeing the development of clinical systems, reducing fax use in the health sector, and enhancing cyber security capabilities. Before that, Silas held positions at Think Research, where they were a Program Manager and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they managed projects related to electronic referrals, quality-based procedures, and form building applications. Earlier in their career, Silas worked at University Health Network as a Senior Project Analyst and Lead, as well as at Apple Inc. as a Sales Specialist.

Silas N. has a BA degree in Psychology from York University, completed in 2008. Silas also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, completed in 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2013.
