Sackeena Gordon-Jones

Sackeena Gordon Jones, PhD, MCC, serves as the CEO and Chief Coaching Officer of Transformation Edge Coaching & Consulting since January 2011, focusing on helping leaders and organizations, particularly women and motivated professionals, develop and lead authentically. Additionally, Sackeena is the Executive Director of the Transformation Edge Business Coach Institute, overseeing an ICF Level 2 Accredited coaching program. With extensive experience on various boards, including choice magazine and the International Coach Federation, Sackeena has dedicated efforts to enhance coaching excellence and provide nonprofit leaders with access to coaching. Prior roles include Global Head of Learning and Development at SAS, where strategic learning initiatives were implemented to enhance talent acquisition and retention. Sackeena holds a BS in Law from Adelphi University and coaching credentials from Duke University.
