Katie Schorn

Katie Schorn is the founder and CEO of Transformation Hospitality Solutions, a consulting company established in June 2020 to provide strategic solutions for the hospitality industry in response to the global pandemic. Prior to this role, Katie served as President and COO of PHM Management from October 2005 to June 2020, where the company specialized in various hospitality consulting services following its merger with Big Bend Hospitality Management in 2016. Additionally, Katie was President of Big Bend Hospitality Management Company from 2010 to 2016, overseeing the management of a portfolio of branded and independent hotels. Katie began their career as a Senior Asset Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts from 2003 to 2005, managing a substantial asset portfolio. Katie holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
