Julie Zelermyer Perlman has extensive experience in real estate and development, with a focus on project management and strategy. Julie held the role of Vice President, Real Estate & Growth Strategy at Transformations Care Network since 2022. Julie Zelermyer Perlman has a strong background in real estate strategy, project management, and development.

Julie Zelermyer Perlman holds a Master's in Design Studies (MDesS) with a focus on Real Estate Development & Investment from Harvard University. Julie also completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History at Vassar College.
