Julie Zelermyer Perlman

Julie Zelermyer Perlman has extensive experience in real estate and development, with a focus on project management and strategy. Julie held the role of Vice President, Real Estate & Growth Strategy at Transformations Care Network since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Lecturer at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, teaching real estate finance. From 2019 to 2021, Perlman was the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at Trader Joe's, where they led the national real estate strategy and oversaw various aspects of real estate growth, construction, and facilities management. Before Trader Joe's, they worked as a Development Manager at Bozzuto from 2016 to 2018, where they managed cross-functional teams and oversaw project management and construction. Perlman also held the role of Development Manager at Samuels & Associates, where they managed large-scale, mixed-use development projects in Boston. Julie began their career as an Architectural Intern at Albert, Righter & Tittmann Architects, Inc. Julie Zelermyer Perlman has a strong background in real estate strategy, project management, and development.
