Jawad Daud M.d.

Jawad Daud, M.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of psychiatry and addiction treatment. Jawad is currently working as a Director of Substance Use Disorder Services and as a Psychiatrist/ Addiction Psychiatrist at innovaTel Telepsychiatry since October 2022 and March 2023 respectively. Previously, they have worked as the Medical Director of Adult and Addiction Psychiatry at Transformations Treatment Center since August 2015. Additionally, they have served as the DSMB Chairman at MD Anderson Cancer Center since February 2021, and as a Medical Director at Summit Detox & Mental Health since August 2015. Jawad also has experience as an Addiction Psychiatrist at The Watershed Addiction Treatment Programs Inc from July 2013 to July 2015. Further, they completed their Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship and served as a Chief Resident in Psychiatry at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. Jawad also worked as a Psychiatry Resident at the same institution. In the early stages of their career, they gained experience as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).

Jawad Daud, M.D. obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and Information Technology Management from North Carolina State University.
