Lisa Hawker serves as the CIO and Founding Director at TransforMATive since March 2022. Prior to this, Lisa held several key positions at Ark from March 2016 to March 2022, including Director of IT and Systems and Head of IT, where responsibilities included managing a £2.8 million IT budget, leading a team of IT professionals, and implementing IT transformation initiatives servicing over 25,000 users. Earlier experience includes roles as Service Delivery Manager at RM Education, Programme Manager at Capita IT Services, and ICT Programme Manager for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Lisa's career began as ICT Manager at Byron Primary School, following education at Rainham School for Girls.
