Kimberly Celic is the CEO and Founder of Transformative People Solutions, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly served at Strategic Financial Solutions NY from October 2012 to March 2024, where responsibilities included Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources. Other notable experience includes a role as Human Resources Business Partner at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in 2012, Director of Human Resources at Juice Generation from 2011 to 2012, and Human Resources Generalist at The Barbarian Group from 2009 to 2011. Kimberly also worked as a Human Resources Generalist specializing in Recruiting and Branding at Credit Suisse from 2006 to 2009 and as an Executive Recruiter at Taylor Hodson from 2003 to 2006. Kimberly holds a BA in Communication and English from Boston College and completed education at Mattituck High School.
