James Christensen

James Christensen has extensive work experience in asset management and redevelopment/development. James is currently the Senior Vice President - Head of Asset Management at Transformco Properties. Prior to this role, they held positions as Senior Vice President - Asset Management at ShopCore Properties, InvenTrust Properties Corp., and Heitman. James also served as Senior Vice President - Portfolio Management at Macquarie Capital Funds and held an Analyst II role at Nationwide Insurance. Earlier in their career, they were a Director at Equity Office Properties Trust and an Analyst at ProLogis Trust.

James Christensen attended The University of Akron from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance.
