Ltd. since March 2012, Gatik Chaujer has led the organization to multiple awards, including the Gold at the 2023 Brandon Hall HRM Excellence Awards and recognition for innovative leadership development. Previously, as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Encore Capital Group, Gatik Chaujer designed and implemented a successful global L&D strategy, significantly enhancing the value of learning within the organization. Additional roles include Partner Associate at Chrysalis HRD, Consultant for corporate training, and various training leadership positions at Global Vantedge and E Call International, building training functions and executing comprehensive programs. Gatik Chaujer holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Leadership Coach Certification from Coach for Life USA.
