Pankaj Upadhyay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. As the Principal Consultant at Shuddham Learning & Training since August 2010, Pankaj heads overall operations and leads strategic HR initiatives. Concurrently, Pankaj serves as a Certified Executive Coach for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, facilitating the introduction of this program in Asia and Europe. Additional roles include Learning Facilitator at TransforMe Learning & Leadership Solutions, Affiliate Coach at uExcelerate, Coach for Thrive Partners, and Leadership & Business Coach across multiple organizations including Torch and Global Coach Group. Pankaj holds a HRM degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and diverse expertise in driving business results through transformational methodologies, grounded in a rich educational background in HR management, hotel management, and geology.
