Shradha Dhar

Shradha Dhar is a seasoned professional in the field of learning design and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Learning Experience and Solutions Expert & Content Designer at TransforMe Learning & Leadership Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this, Shradha held the position of General Manager - Learning Design & Delivery at Strengthscape from July 2017 to August 2022, overseeing centralized delivery and operations for various services, including behavioral training and competency mapping. Shradha has also served as President of the Student Council at the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research and gained research experience as an assistant at both IIPR and the University of Oxford. Shradha holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics, and Political Science from Gokhale Memorial Girls' College.
