Mansukh Solanki

Mansukh Solanki is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Ltd since 2006, currently serving as Head of Human Resources. In this role, Mansukh oversees a comprehensive range of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations.
