Not every change is the same. There are those personal and professional changes we initiate ourselves, and those that "come out of the blue," catching us off guard. There are those we see as positive, and those that carry what we perceive as highly negative implications. Some changes have an impact on you and a small number of those around you, while others cross an entire organization, a community, or carry broad national--or even international--social implications. 

I have spent 5 decades observing, and learning, the dynamics of change, how we as human beings respond to disruptions in our lives. While changes may be very different, our responses follow a universal set of patterns. That understanding has led me to develop what I refer to as "The Universal Change Journey," a roadmap for successfully navigating personal, organizational, and even social change.

I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) Certified Professional Coach. I work with individuals and business leaders as you prepare for and move through change. I also offer webinars and workshops that deepen your understanding of change, the human response to change, and ways in which to effectively manage the change process.
