Bharanidharan Rajakumar began their work experience in 2001 as a Preview Staff member at the University of Florida. Bharanidharan then worked as an Operations Analyst at Lehman Brothers from 2004 to 2007. After that, they became a Volunteer at Children's Hope International from 2005 to 2008 and also served as a Chapter Advisor at Childrens Hope India from 2005 to 2009. In 2006, they became a Founding Board Member at nycTIES, a nonprofit organization. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Operations Analyst at Neuberger Berman.

In 2009, they enrolled at Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, where they completed their MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. During their time there, they co-founded LearnBop, a technology company aimed at increasing teacher effectiveness. From 2010 to 2017, Rajakumar served as the Founder of LearnBop, which developed intelligent tutoring software for learning mathematics. In 2011, they also founded LearnBop under DreamIt Ventures.

In 2017, Rajakumar became the CEO of Transfr Inc, a company that provides a unique intelligent coaching platform in virtual reality (VR) to help individuals acquire the skills needed for employment. The platform measures learning outcomes and correlates them to on-the-job performance.

Bharanidharan Rajakumar began their education journey at Eastside High School, where they obtained their international baccalaureate degree from 1996 to 2000. Bharanidharan then went on to attend the University of Florida from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In 2002 and 2003, Bharanidharan attended the MBA Institute in Paris, France, although no specific degree name was mentioned. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Additionally, in 2011, Bharanidharan briefly attended DreamIt Ventures, focusing on improvising in the field of Entrepreneurship.
