Gaurav Sharma currently serves as Executive VP of Product, Engineering, and Operations at Transfr, leading product development, engineering efforts, operations, and content studios since July 2023. Prior to this, Gaurav was the first operations hire at Unity Technologies, where responsibilities included establishing and leading Business Operations, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence teams for the Operate Solutions division from July 2018 to June 2023. Gaurav also held the position of Senior Director for Growth and Monetization at Verizon Media, focusing on enhancing growth for various mobile properties, and served as Senior Director of Business Planning and Operations at Yahoo, managing operations for the Gemini monetization business. In addition to professional roles, Gaurav has been an angel investor in over 30 startups globally since January 2013. Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
