Pascal Bourgain

Pascal Bourgain has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality and food services industry, currently serving as the Responsable du développement commercial des services at Transgourmet France since April 2016. In this role, Pascal is responsible for commercial consulting, development, and oversight, as well as managing the sales force and customizing client IT interfaces. Prior to this position, Pascal worked at Restalliance from April 2007 to March 2016 as the responsable de secteur hôtellerie restauration, where supervision of cleaning and catering teams across 12 establishments was key. Educational qualifications include a BTS in hôtellerie restauration gestion et marketing and a BTS in diététique from lycée hôtelier Jeanne d'Arc.
