Soufia K. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Soufia began their career as a Chargée d'Etudes Ressources Humaines at Savelys (GDF SUEZ) in 2005. Soufia then worked as a Chargée de Missions RH at UPS Supply Chain Solutions in 2006, followed by a role as a Chargée de Missions Paie-RH at Arrow Electronics in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, Soufia served as the PDG and Consultante Paie & Ressources Humaines at Cabinet 2 Solutions Ressources Humaines, where they focused on tasks such as defining business plans, outsourcing payroll, and recruiting professionals in the field. Currently, they are a Responsable Ressources Humaines Principal at Transgourmet France, where they are responsible for various HR functions such as personnel management, payroll preparation, recruitment, and employee relations.
