Rebecca O'Reilly

Rebecca O'Reilly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategy and Transformation Projects at Transguard Group since July 2023, Rebecca previously held several significant roles at FedEx, where responsibilities included leading customer experience strategy and a cross-functional Continuous Improvement program. Prior to that, Rebecca worked at Commonwealth Bank in various managerial positions, focusing on enterprise services, sales enablement, and regulatory response efforts. Rebecca co-founded and served as COO of Spring and Scott, managing strategic and financial operations, and earlier in career, held consultations and management roles at Telstra and Bayer. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
