Robert Whitehead

Robert Whitehead is currently the Senior Operations Manager at Transit Systems. Robert has been with the company since January 2014, and in that time has served on the Leadership Steering Committee and founded/built the Ops, Customer Support, and QA departments. Robert has been instrumental in company growth, increasing operational efficiencies by 30% and achieving 15%+ margin gains and 18% increase in sales within one year of adoption of strategic operations oversight program. Additionally, they have led the strengthening of strategic partnerships and expanded contractor network - significantly enhancing our service capabilities that propel company growth. During the COVID pandemic, they spearheaded a new project that resulted in company growth during these challenging times.

Robert Whitehead has a Masters in Business Administration from Eastern University with a management focus. Robert also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks & Recreation Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
