Martin Haag is an experienced leadership coach and consultant specializing in high-performance programs and strategic planning. Currently serving as an Associate Performance Coach at Transition 15 since 2019, Martin has developed bespoke leadership and team dynamics initiatives while facilitating workshops to foster continuous improvement. With a robust background in coaching across various sporting organizations, Martin has held notable positions such as the Assistant Coach for Scotland Women’s Rugby and Head Coach for Rouen Normandie Rugby. Martin's expertise extends to mentoring individuals in personal and professional development, drawing on extensive experience from roles at Nottingham Rugby, Bath Rugby, and the Rugby Football Union. Martin holds a PGCert in Leadership from Qualifi Ltd and has a foundational education from St Ives Comprehensive and Penwith 6th Form.
