Preet Makkar

Preet Makkar has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Finance at Transition Bio, Inc. Prior to this, they held roles at Selecta Biosciences as Associate Director of FP&A and Senior Manager of FP&A, and at Decibel Therapeutics as Senior Manager of FP&A. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at TESARO, Inc. as Manager of FP&A and Senior Financial Analyst. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Finance Accountant at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Senior Accountant at EMD Millipore, where they were responsible for completing and preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements. From 2010 to 2011, they were an Account Sales Representative at MarketSource/HP, and from 2011 to 2012, they were a Staff Accountant at C&S Wholesale Grocers.
