Hannah Webster-Brown

Hannah Webster-Brown is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Case Manager at Transition House, where responsibilities include supporting families in achieving housing stability and connecting clients to community services. Prior experience includes roles at Foodbank of Santa Barbara County as a Donor Relations Specialist, developing relationships with numerous donors and organizations, and as Grants & Development Coordinator, successfully organizing a major fundraiser. Additional experience spans various positions at Westmont College and relevant internships, where Hannah gained skills in marketing, social media, and event coordination. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Westmont College and has a study abroad experience in Arabic Language and Political Science at The American University in Cairo.
