Antoinette Chandler

Antoinette Chandler is the current Secretary/Treasurer at Transition Projects. Antoinette was previously an Assistant Treasurer & Tax Collector at the County of Los Angeles from September 2016 to March 2019. Prior to that, they were the Chief Deputy Treasurer at the County of San Diego from July 2012 to September 2016.

From January 2006 to July 2012, Chandler served as a Board Member for ScholarShare Investment Board where they were responsible for setting investment policies and overseeing all investment and administrative activities for the State of California's 529 college savings and investment plan.

Chandler began their career at Morgan Stanley in October 2004 as a Senior Vice President where they advised non-profit, foundation and endowment clients on strategic portfolio construction and provided ongoing management of investment portfolios allocated across a diverse range of fixed income, equity and alternative asset classes.

Antoinette Chandler has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Los Angeles in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies. Antoinette also has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from San Diego State University in Finance and Financial Management Services. Antoinette also has certification from the Investments & Wealth Institute as a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and from the Association for Financial Professionals as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
