Charlene Albin

Charlene Albin currently serves as a Peer Support Specialist at Central City Concern since January 2018, while also working as an Advocate at Transition Projects since September 2016. Charlene has obtained three Associate's degrees from Portland Community College, specializing in Drug and Alcohol Counseling and earning a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential.
