Chip Burczak is the Senior Director of Finance at Transition Projects. Chip has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations management.
Chip began their career at Intel Corporation in 1998 as a Group Controller. Chip then moved to Cadence Design Systems in 2005, where they served as Corporate Controller and Corporate VP. In 2006, they became the CEO/CFO of Enuclia Semiconductor.
In 2008, Chip joined Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare as their CFO. Chip was responsible for stabilizing the financially insolvent organization and restructuring their operations. Chip successfully negotiated an inter-governmental loan agreement that allowed the agency to continue providing services.
From 2009 to 2010, Chip served as the Director of Finance and Operations for Massini Group. Chip then joined Qorvo in 2010 as their Controller & Dir. Shared Services. At Qorvo, Chip had financial management responsibility for GaAs semiconductor manufacturing and packaging/test activities.
Most recently, Chip was the Director of Finance and Operations at NAYA Family Center from 2018 to 2020. In their current role at Transition Projects, they are responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the organization.
Chip Burczak graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Chip then went on to earn their Masters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Management.
