Derek Barry Simpson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive consulting and technology management, currently serving as an Executive Consultant at Transition Solutions since June 2006. As the Founder of Virtual Job Coach, Derek has developed a dedicated platform enhancing job seekers' effectiveness in employment search, distinct from traditional job boards. Simultaneously, Derek has been the Managing Director at Human Capital Software Solutions since August 1999, where expertise in HR systems consulting has driven the transformation of business practices into software solutions with a global perspective. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Sales & Marketing at Declude Inc, and leadership positions in product management and marketing at D&B Software and Dun & Bradstreet Software from 1991 to 1997. Education was obtained at Worksop College from 1964 to 1967.
