Nicole Martin MBA BSN RN CHPN CHC has a strong background in hospice and healthcare compliance. Nicole Martin is currently serving as the VP of Organizational Excellence and Chief Compliance Officer at Transitions LifeCare since January 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP of Quality & Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at the same company from July 2018 to January 2023.

Nicole also serves as a volunteer member of the HPCC Board of Directors at the Hospice & Palliative Credentialing Center since January 2020.

Following this, they pursued further education at Western Governors University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in the years 2012 to 2013. In 2015 to 2016, they attended the same institution, Western Governors University, and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

In addition to their educational achievements, Nicole Martin has also obtained various certifications. In December 2014, they became a Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse through the National Board for Certification of Hospice and Palliative Nurses (NBCHPN). Furthermore, in May 2016, they obtained a Certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
