Claire Otterness is a Residential Youth Counselor at Transitions-Mental Health Association. Prior to this role, Claire worked as a Tutor at California Polytechnic State University, where they tutored various philosophy and introductory Chinese courses. Additionally, Claire served as a Front Desk Receptionist for the Cal Poly Writing and Learning Center. We offer a full spectrum of programs in both San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. Our mission is to help children and adults live, work and grow in our community.
