Rose Harris

Rose Harris has a significant amount of work experience in marketing roles. Rose began their career as a Marketing Specialist at Home Shopping Network from July 1983 to February 1986. Rose then worked at Essilor as a Marketing employee between 1986 and 1989. Following this, Rose joined Transitions Optical where they held various positions, including Eyecare Professional Marketing and Inside Sales Associate Director from May 1991 to March 2015, Customer Marketing and Professional Relations Associate Director from March 2015 to April 2018, and Marketing Director from April 2018 to February 2023. Rose currently holds the position of Senior Director of Marketing for North America at Transitions Optical, responsible for strategic development, implementation, and integration of all marketing programs for the US and Canada.

Rose Harris's education history includes multiple programs and degrees over the years. In 1981, they attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, which they completed in 1983. Later, in 1995, they enrolled in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they pursued a Kellogg Executive Scholar degree in Marketing and Sales Management. Rose completed this program in 2011 after studying for a considerable period. In 2015, Rose participated in the Texas Executive Education Program at The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business. Lastly, in 2019, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership for a short course called "Transitions from Manager to Leader," focusing on Organizational Leadership.
