Mitch Kingston has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mitch began their career at Procter & Gamble in 2000 as an Accountant and eventually took on the role of Senior Financial Analyst, where they led accounting processes and implemented new fiscal year-end procedures. In 2006, Mitch became a Senior Sales Account Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they set and influenced sales plans and strategies with retailers, such as Wal-Mart and Dollar General, resulting in significant sales and share growth.
In 2011, Mitch joined MARS as a Senior Sales Planning Manager, responsible for creating and influencing sales strategies across North America. Mitch managed budgets, set annual targets, and implemented sales initiatives. Mitch then took on the role of Sales Team Lead, leading the grocery sales division and partnering with senior retail leadership to drive sales growth and implement packaging and promotional changes. Mitch later served as a Sales Director, leading national sales strategy, market analytics, and annual planning.
Most recently, Mitch worked at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, starting as the Director of Sales & Marketing for the East Region. In this role, they led field sales and marketing efforts and created go-to-market strategies across three business segments. Mitch then became the Senior Director of National Accounts & Prefinished Siding, where they oversaw national accounts and drove sales performance. Currently, Mitch serves as the Senior Director of Sales & Region Marketing, North America at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, where they lead sales and marketing efforts for the region.
Mitch Kingston holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Auburn University, completed in 2006. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Xavier University in 2000.
