Jacqueline Yanus

Jacqueline Yanus currently serves as the Head of Global Enterprise Account Management at Translated since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held various positions at RWS Group, including VP of Client Services for the NASA Region and Strategic Business Unit, as well as Regional Project Management Office Director, following RWS's acquisition of SDL in late 2020. With a strong background in project management from SDL plc, Jacqueline developed and executed strategies that enhanced customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness, mentoring global teams and partnering with over 30 strategic customers. Past roles also include extensive leadership in regional project management and operations at organizations such as Wolters Kluwer and Russi, Inc., along with a solid foundation in account management and operations early in the career at Wallaroo Hat Company. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and has also studied at the University of Sichuan.
