Iliana Auverana Zambrano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, marketing, legal counsel, and terminology management. Currently serving as Business Development Marketing Manager at Service Strategies and Partnerships within PSPC since April 2015, Iliana specializes in promotional material preparation, social media campaigns, and project management. At the Translation Bureau, Iliana has held the role of Senior Terminologist since April 2000, focusing on terminology research in English, French, and Spanish, along with quality assurance and blog writing.
