Desiree Stark

Desirée Stark currently serves as a Senior People Business Partner at Translation, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Desirée was the People Director for North America at Superunion from March 2022 to April 2023, and the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Spectrum Science from October 2021 to March 2022. Desirée also held the role of People Director for California at Wunderman Thompson from February 2021 to October 2021, and Global Human Resources Director at Siegel+Gale from October 2018 to October 2020, where significant improvements in performance review processes were achieved through the implementation of a new management platform. Earlier career experience includes positions as Talent & Growth Manager at CBX and Human Resources Manager at Better Living Now. Desirée holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University.
