Allen Ganther

Allen Ganther has over 18 years of work experience in customer service and customer support. From 2021 to present, they have been the Director of Customer Service at the Translational Pulmonary and Immunology Research Center. From 2011 to 2021, they were the Head of Admissions and Client Relations at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD). From 2006 to 2006, they were the Customer Support Supervisor at Fox Interactive Media, where they managed a staff of 20 direct reports and project managed departmental recruitment fairs. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Customer Service Supervisor at Charter Communications, where they evaluated and coached performance, issued corrective actions and development plans, and managed a staff of 28 direct reports.
