Rachel Kjack has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Learning and Customer Success at Translator, Inc., where they manage a software-as-a-service platform for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion learning programs. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Director of Learning Programs and Partnerships at Defy Ventures, a national program aimed at transforming prisons into places of redemption and empowerment. Rachel also held the position of Director of Talent Strategy & Learning Programs at Imperative, where they focused on developing a culture of fulfillment and belonging in purpose-driven employers. Before that, Rachel served as President of Social Fluency, leading the expansion of corporate leadership development training programs. Rachel also founded Learning for Leverage, a workforce development consultancy, and worked as the Director of Training and Development at the Technology Association of Oregon. Rachel's early career included being the Executive Director of Leadership Development at the National FFA Organization, where they led organizational development efforts and mentored young adult leaders.

Rachel Kjack has a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development and Leadership from Bastyr University's Leadership Institute of Seattle. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Social Justice from The Evergreen State College.
