Kenneth Howling

Kenneth Howling serves as the President and CEO of Pinnacle Financial Corporation since September 2015, offering outsourced CFO services with expertise in IPO strategy, capital markets, and financial management. In addition, Kenneth holds the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer at Appili Therapeutics and serves as a Board Member for Translatum Medicus Inc. Previous leadership includes Chairman of Pathway Health Corp. and Chairman of the Audit Committee until July 2023, as well as Director and Chairman of Ironshore Pharmaceuticals USA and Strategic Advisor for Delphi Diagnostics Inc. As Chief Financial Officer at Acerus Pharmaceuticals, Kenneth successfully transitioned the company to a public entity, raising over $150 million. Prior experience at Valeant Pharmaceuticals included various senior financial roles. Kenneth is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman Director Education Program in Corporate Governance.
