Don Gray

Don Gray is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Translink Corporate Finance since July 2019, Don has significantly contributed to the firm's efforts in advising clients on business transactions and investment opportunities globally. Prior to this role, Don was a Partner at BHP Corporate Finance from August 2006 to February 2023, where the firm transitioned to become Translink Corporate Finance due to a successful collaboration. Additionally, Don held the position of Assistant Director in the M&A team at Ernst & Young from 2000 to 2006, providing strategic advice on corporate acquisitions and disposals, and served as Assistant Manager in Audit & Assurance at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1995 to 1999. Don holds a BSc Hons degree in Management Sciences from The University of Manchester, earned between 1990 and 1993.
