Emma Oakley

Emma Oakley is an experienced professional in the field of corporate finance and forensic services, currently serving as Director of SPA Advisory & Disputes at Translink Corporate Finance since April 2024. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Director in Risk & Forensic Services at BHP, Chartered Accountants from June 2018 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing commercial disputes and business valuations. Emma's career at PwC spanned nearly a decade, starting as an Audit Associate and progressing to Forensic Manager, focusing on transaction and shareholder disputes for diverse clients. Emma holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of York.
