Stuart Hands

Stuart Hands is a highly experienced professional in corporate finance, currently serving as Managing Partner at IMA Corporate Finance since June 2004, where expertise focuses on cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for SMEs and mid-market companies. Additionally, Stuart has held the position of Corporate Finance Partner at Translink Corporate Finance since June 2007, contributing to one of the largest M&A advisory groups globally. Experience also includes a partnership role at Business Influence Group from August 2017 to June 2021, and prior work in the Corporate Finance team at Ernst & Young from January 1991 to March 2000. Stuart holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accountancy from The University of Manchester, completed in 1990.
