Erin Driscoll

Erin Driscoll, ABC, is a seasoned Change Communication Consultant currently at TransLink, where Erin has developed communications to facilitate the adoption of new financial and supply management systems. With extensive experience as an independent consultant since 1996, Erin focuses on fostering engaged workplaces and aligns change initiatives with business goals through strategic communication and employee experience strategies. Erin has also held significant roles at Simon Fraser University, the College of Dental Surgeons of BC, and The University of British Columbia, providing change management counsel and communications support. Erin’s leadership in IABC/BC has included serving as President and strategic advisor, along with various roles in mentoring, marketing, and professional development. Erin holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Windsor.
