Jada Natalie Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in graphic design, wayfinding, and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for In-system CX and Wayfinding at TransLink, Jada oversees the Wayfinding and In-System CX portfolio while developing design standards for the transit network. Previous roles include Wayfinding Planner and Graphic Artist at TransLink, where Jada focused on enhancing customer navigation experiences and designing informative materials. As Creative Director at Studio Corro, Jada leads multimedia and experiential projects in collaboration with global creatives. Additionally, Jada has contributed as a Career Development Specialist for the North America Vocational Education Group, mentoring recent graduates in the graphic design and marketing sectors. Educational qualifications include an Associate Certificate in Marketing Management & Public Relations from BCIT, ongoing studies in Applied AI for Non-Programmers, Social Media and Digital Marketing, and a degree in Graphic Design from the Pacific Design Academy.
