Johan Swanepoel

Johan Swanepoel has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Johan currently holds the position of Head of Business Improvement at Meridian Energy, where they focus on simplifying business processes and managing risk effectively. Prior to this role, they worked as a Tactical Engineering Manager at the same company.

Before joining Meridian Energy, Johan worked at Todd Energy for several years, starting as a Control Systems Engineer and progressing to the role of Reliability and Integrity Manager. In addition, they also attended Damelin from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a Diploma in Project Management.
