Lani Griffiths

Lani Griffiths has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Benefits. Lani began their career in 1994 as a Benefits Clerk/Receptionist at Envision Financial and gradually advanced to roles such as Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Officer, Benefits Analyst, and Benefits Team Lead. During their time at Envision Financial, Lani was responsible for tasks such as providing team leadership, administering and managing benefits programs, and interpreting human resources policies. In 2013, they joined PNR Railworks as an HRIS Specialist before moving to TransLink in 2014. At TransLink, Lani held positions such as TL Benefits Advisor, Manager of Compensation and Benefits, and most recently, Director of Total Rewards and Payroll Services.

Lani Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Virgen delos.
