Tina Jansons

Tina Jansons, CPHR, currently serves as the Employee Relations Manager at TransLink, a role held since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing employee relations functions and providing HR advisory services. Prior to this position, Tina held the role of Manager, Human Resources at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services from July 2006 to October 2019, overseeing HR operations for over 1,300 employees and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Tina also served as Human Resources Director for SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts, managing HR for over 5,000 employees and developing a national Recruitment Program from November 1999 to June 2006. Early career experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at CN Rail from January 1987 to October 1999, where Tina managed HR functions in a unionized environment. Tina's educational background includes programs from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Justice Institute of British Columbia, Queen's University, and Dale Carnegie Training, focusing on Trainer Development and Effective Communication & Human Relations.
